Join us for the Sunflower Festival Home & Harvest Market, a fall celebration that also marks the opening weekend of the Mahaffy Ranch Pumpkin Patch. Set along the river in our beautiful valley, this juried market brings together local makers, artists, and other local small businesses for a vibrant, family-friendly weekend on the ranch.

🌟EARLY BIRD PRICING (starting February 1st & ends April 30th )

10x10 booth space: $120

10x20 booth space: $230

(Booth space only. Vendors provide their own White, Tan, or Black tent.)

💡 Starting May 1st, booth fees increase by $20

***Simply fill out application and submit. Once your booth has been approved, Mahaffy Ranch will send you instructions on how to pay for your booth space and any additional information that is needed.

💸 Get $10 Mahaffy Ranch Voucher  when you refer a new vendor who is accepted into the market and arrives to sets up! These vouchers will be handed out Sept. 26th. The voucher can be used at the Cider Barn, Backyard BBQ or Ticket Booth. This weekend draws large crowds with built-in traffic from the Sunflower Festival and Pumpkin Patch—an ideal opportunity to showcase your business.

INSTRUCTIONS ON APPLICATION PROCESS:

Once you click add to cart, a fillable form should show up automatically. Fill in all the areas. Then once filled out, click ADD TO CART (should be a blue icon) and it’s at the end of the form. 

Once you are in the cart, click CHECK OUT. Fill in the required basic info, and confirm check out. There is no payment required, and it won’t ask for any card info, just your name, address, etc. 

Once you have done that, confirm checkout, (as if you just purchased something). Your application then will be sent to us.
