Welcome Photographers! 

Thank you for your interest in bringing your clients to the Patch! We love that our community takes part in the patch and all that it has to offer. Please be aware that we have some new guidelines before you schedule and photograph your clients up at Mahaffy Ranch.

Time frames: 

Opening Day: Friday, September 29th 

Last Day: Tuesday, October 31st

Monday - Thursday 12pm to 6pm 

Friday - Sunday 10am to 6pm

*Property access during business hours only. No photographers or customers will be permitted to enter the property outside of our operating hours. 

Property: 

Majority of the patch is available for your use. Please do not use the hay wagon road. Please be respectful of other families that are out enjoying the patch. You may not rope off, designate or block any areas of the pumpkin patch property at any time for photography purposes. No smoking on property anywhere. No personal pets are allowed on the property. 

Staff: 

Although we will welcome your clients like any other customer, it is the photographer's responsibility to communicate with their clients about start times, where to meet and how to find you. The Pumpkin Patch staff is not responsible for your clients. There is no cell phone service, and the Wi-Fi will NOT be given out. So please plan ahead with your clients prior to their appointment.

Photos:

Please send us some of your favorite pictures taken at the Patch, we are happy to highlight your work! Please include your watermark on photos. Mahaffy Ranch will no longer be reserving specific days for designated photographers, including no fees. Mahaffy Ranch has the right to use any photo posted on social media platforms for advertising purposes.

We, the Mahaffy Ranch, reserve the right to ask you to leave if you do not abide by the rules and guidelines at the patch.
